Yeah, we run this sleazehole ourselves. It may be janky but we love it! Founded on an East Village sofa and formally launched in February 2023, WNSM is the spot for New School students to talk music and find community, and listeners to tune into tracks you can’t hear anywhere else.

Tune in Monday through Friday, 2pm-midnight, and Saturday, 12pm to 10pm for underground music (is it underground for a reason? You decide!) and social commentary that only a New York City liberal arts student could offer.

What is your FM/AM frequency? — We don’t have one! It’s a sore subject. Unfortunately, NYC ran out of frequencies decades ago, and we were founded in 2022, so we’re a little late. We’re entirely online for now!

Who are the cute little babies all over your website? — Our mascot, Lamby! Lamby is both an enigma and the entire sonic universe wrapped up in a tiny naked baby. Lamby was designed by the inimitable Rosie Armao.
